Refund policy

All sales are final. Threadborne co does not accept returns or offer refunds, except where required by law. This applies to custom embroidery, sample orders, and monthly drops.

Please review your sizes, garment colors, artwork, spelling, and embroidery placements before placing or approving an order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email mailto:official.oddballemporium@gmail.com with your order details and photos so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Effective October 20, 2026 for new orders. Orders placed earlier remain subject to the terms that applied when they were purchased.
